This is a screen shot of resource availability and pops up when the user selects the “Vacant” button.
Available ResourcesAll the criteria for the booking is entered in the blue drop downs and the search button is then applied. The system will then return a room that meets the requirements of the criteria entered. Next availableThe next available tab allows the same criteria to be entered as above. The system will then allow the user to find the next available time for the particular room choice or the next few times that meet the detail entered.
