The charging section allows the user to allocate costs to the various aspects of the booking. Some charges are allocated from previous fields, others are free flow. All costs can then be output as a report to produce individual invoices.
The costs that are shown in turquoise are fixed costs that are brought through from either AV or Catering. Payment Method The method of payment can be recorded at the point of entry and can be used in a reporting process for billing purposes. Charging Categories The charge fields can have the titles modified for a range of different requirements. Source The source is used to record where the booking came from in a Company that needs to know how people found out about the facility. This can provide invaluable marketing data Deposits / Invoices The systems allows recording of deposits paid and includes the ability to produce invoices upon request
