Custom Fields Feature

This new feature opens the doors to some amazing new benefits.

Within the administration of Integrated Resources; fields can now be added to allow additional information not currently supported within the system.

Previously customers have asked for additional fields to cater for user specific functions. With this new feature all requests and many more are fulfilled.

Customer Fields Feature (Admin Screen)

Fields created can include:

Date Paid
Date Payment Received
Payment Reminder Date
Payment Reminder Issued
Customer invoice settled
Car Mileage Used
Pool Car checked by
Additional Invoice address detail
Customer Feedback
Additional set and clean time
Customer feedback

As you can see the new custom created fields are quick and easy to add into the system by the administrator without the need for additional coding.

The available custom field types included are below:

Custom fields have the option of being mandatory so you will never forget to add certain required data.

The created custom fields allow end users to input the specific data directly into the booking (reports on this data are also achievable)

Check box of whether the video conferencing has been ordered with the supplier

Booking Reminder – Check box for reporting of bookings with outstanding actions
Customers’ details can be stored within the booking
