Web Based Integrated Resources web based feature gives the power to the administrator to notify National and International sites of a Videoconference Time Zones The video conferencing tool will automatically update the meeting times, across different time zones. An example of this would be; a meeting booked in London at one o’clock in the afternoon, will update the New York location booking for eight o’clock in the morning.
