can be seen by right clicking and showing details below or you can double click
and see pictures, diagrams of the room layouts and even directions of how to
find the room. Pictures & Documents The pictures can be stored on the web server and pointed at via a URL. The same applies to any other images or documents that might need adding to the system. Fixed Items As can be seen below the details of the room can be displayed at a click of the mouse. This allows any user who has rights to see the detail of what is actually in the room. This detail is totally customisable by the administrator of the system.
Resources All resources can be configured and set-up with a range of facilities, from varied layouts to security settings on whether guest are allowed or not. The resources can also be set to handle videoconferencing, which the video conferencing tool will use Personnel All personnel are controlled centrally and all rights can be associated with a user group or an individual user. Catering The catering tool allows entries of quantity and costs and sale prices so profit margins can be calculated.
