Integrated Resources provides a complete service for dining and function rooms from a sandwich lunch through to a Silver service.
Catering Menus The catering module is fully linked to all other modules enabling catering requirements to be allocated to the bookings at the time of reservation, or at a later stage. To compliment a variety of requirements each menu item is bookable either individually per diner or as a set menu for all. Costing All catering can be charged back against a department or an individual. A running total of cost is displayed in the catering costs dialogue box. These costs can also be incorporated into an Invoice for billing purposes. Delivery and Dietary requirements Items can be scheduled for delivery at different times through out a meeting. Dietary and personal preferences can be addressed in the additional requests section
