Increase the service & performance at your front desk

Front Desk is an additional module to The Integrated Resources Booking Solution allowing fast and effective processing of attendees at reception.

  System Requirements  


The system will

  • Allow the production of ad-hoc badges with a barcode

  • Monitoring of attendees whereabouts within the building

  • A list of external visitors for the day

  • Guest details saved for future use (saving Time re-entering the data)

 In addition, reports can be produced from within Crystal Reports (a part of Integrated Resources) allowing statistical analytical reports such as:-

  • Total amount of attendees per day/ month/ week

  • Number of Guests returning

 When a guest arrives at reception, you can enter the start of their surname, forename or their company and a list of matches appears (Please see screen shot below).

By clicking the name of a guest, a badge is produced and they are entered on to the system as being within the building.

By having different, scan points across the company peoples whereabouts are monitored as well as the time of moving throughout the building.
