Registrars have individual login details which once entered allow the registrar to access their daily schedules online. Registrars have the ability to re-schedule appointments. Registrar’s have the ability to log into the Visitor Tracking system and check their daily schedule. The Visitor racking system displays a listing of the outstanding appointments and details of any visitors that have arrived and are therefore waiting to be seen. As the Visitor Tracking polls instant information directly from within the CERIS solution the information is always accurate. |
